McNab Realty Ltd. was established in 1975 and is owned and managed by the principals, Dave and Bernadette McNab to the present day. The business of marketing real estate of all types, but primarily real estate in all its diversities, is our loved practice and specialty. We are located at an important junction of highways, in the heart of southern Alberta. Here lies the historic town of Fort Macleod, the first western outpost of the Northwest Mounted Police (1874). From our centrally located office in Fort Macleod, we have been able to work effectively in all of southern Alberta. From this base, we have sold land in all parts of Alberta, extending from as far north as the Peace region as well as in our neighboring provinces of British Columbia and Saskatchewan. One of our strengths is that over the years we have developed an excellent referral system and valued working relationships with respected agents in these areas.

The McNab family were early settlers in Fort Macleod area and have remained working and closely tied to the agriculture industry.
